This is exactly what I was looking for. Incredibly slim with a snug fit. I wanted a case that would offer some protection but not take away from how small this phone is. I also like the texture of the case - it has a slight rubbery feel (but not too much that it catches in my pocket when I try to pull it out).
I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

All the reviews I read about this case are true. It is very slim and feels great in your hand. I noticed that my phone started dropping calls but did not think any thing much of it. But it continued in places where I would normally have had a good signal. After a few weeks I put 2 and 2 together and started to wonder about the elago case. So I took it off and reverted back to my old case and all was and is well. So at least in my case it was for sure the case. I was using the elago on a verizon iPhone4.
Just my observation but if you are having a similar problem you might want to check it out.

Ever since this case arrived I just love the feel of it on the iPhone 4.It doesn't add any extra weight or bulky look to the phone. I have been using it for about 4 days now and I have been pleased with it.
Pros:
It doesn't interfere with the screen protector whether you put it on before or after the screen protector goes on.
It has a nice feel to it and the dark brown color gives the phone a livelier look.
All the buttons are fully accessible and fully operational without any hindrance
The signal strength seems to be the same as before the case was installed
There are no discoloration of photos. the hole is fully clear pictures and accommodates the flash well
The phones does seen to have some form of protection for everyday use.
Apple logo exposed in the back (nice)
Cons:
Sweaty palms mean lots of finger prints and palm prints depending on the color you have. This one is not so bad.
Wish it was not flat with the screen so it could be placed down on a flat surface
